We specialise in organising tailor made private gorillas and/or wildlife safari tours in Uganda and Rwanda based on individual client needs, time scale and budget to give the very best value for money. We offer both short tours of up to 4 days and longer safaris 5 or more days to all national parks Other trips include bird watching safaris, chimpanzee trekking, photographic tours, cultural safaris, missionary discounted vacations, school budget educational trips, charity challenge group and voluntourism trips, safaris. Rwanda trips safaris include Volcanoes, Akagera and Nyungwe National Parks

We also help you with gorilla permit bookings, hotel reservations and other services in that line as may be requested by our customers.

Our Workforce

At Lifetime Experience Safaris, we believe; a guide/driver is critical to your memorable experience. Our dedicated Uganda guiding led by team Ivan Kabenge take pride in introducing you to “The Pearl of Africa” Uganda and “the land of a thousand hills” Rwanda with the many years of experience – their knowledge will help you have a clear understanding of the region, people and culture. The company employs 3 fulltime well trained driver/guides.

The company employs a team of 2 fulltime professional office workers – experienced and with education qualifications.

Our Vehicles

We have been in the ground transportation business for over 9 years. We understand why it’s always important to not just have nice looking but working vehicles.
Lifetime Experience Safaris owns 6 vehicles – all 4X4s except buses. These ranges from regular saloon cars to bus that can take up to 32 passengers. Because we own them, this helps us to bring you the most competitive rates in the market. The vehicles include Land Cruisers, minivans and a bus to manage big teams. We understand, it’s import to work within client’s schedule as well as knowing the inconvenience of having a car breakdown while on the trip. We do our best to keep all our vehicles in good mechanical condition and maintenance. We can not guarantee that you will have 100% satisfaction by hiring our cars but we do our best to avoid situations that may lead to breakdowns, waste of time while on your trip. We also charter flights for our clients whenever the need arises. We aim for a standard of travel a step above that offered by the general travel industry.

Pricings and service delivery

Our prices are very reasonable and flexible and competitive. The same sights, destinations, safari vehicles, guides and accommodations are available at a fraction of the cost of many other tours. We are registered full members of the Association of Uganda Tour Operators (AUTO), and Uganda Tourism Association (UTA) – the umbrella organization responsible for licensing all tour operators in Uganda as stipulated on behalf of the Ministry of Tourism and work hand in hand with the Uganda Wildlife Authority, and Rwanda to regularly update our travel services.
