Apoka Safari Lodge is one of the ultimate safari lodges in Uganda. The wildlife comes to your door step, you are surrounded by scenic wonders, wildlife in abundance and yet you are in what is referred to as the Wild West of Uganda. Apoka is a lovely, comfortable lodge in one of the most amazing places you can ever be in Africa.
Completely remote, the Kidepo National Park in which the lodge is situated, has an abundance of lions and other African wildlife. Just looking out over the savannah from your porch in the morning you can see elephants, giraffes, zebra, buffalo, jackals, warthogs and many species of antelope.
Apoka Lodge has created a heaven on earth experience for you. The comfort, the luxury, the style and class is all around you. The decor is fantastic, en-suite bathrooms, stone tub outside of your room to enjoy a bath under the bright stars of Kidepo Valley, verandas, a fantastic honeymoon location in the wilderness of Uganda. The lodge itself has 10 rooms, with solar-heated power showers and comfy beds. The food is excellent, and there are games and books in the lounge for quiet moments. There’s a very nice pool hewn out of the rock.
